Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days (Distance Selling Regulations Act 2000) starting from the day after the goods have been received.

A refund for the full amount of the order will be paid to you within 30 days, minus shipping costs that are non-refundable.

All costs for shipping back to us must be paid for by the customer.

The item must be returned in the original condition to receive a refund.

Damaged Goods

If your parcel is visibly damaged on arrival please ask the courier to return it to us marked damaged.

You can then contact us to arrange a replacement.
